Sleeping in the park
It may seem crazy, or like something only the homeless do, but here on the Bryant Park lawn, lots of folks, like this gentleman, do it. Just yesterday, I spent a good two hours napping here. Sure, my ass was wet and my back ached, but the air was cool and I felt safe. I even slept with my headphones on!

I've also attempted to sleep in parks. But it's not so common here, and I did not feel safe.

Interesting. So my park is like a little piece of Canada, and your park is unsafe!
